If we need to provide the content, then it will take more time before the website is ready to launch.

Maybe you found it out yourself the hard way, but to get it right takes longer than a 2-hour how-to instruction video. There are many factors that come into play; different browsers screensizes, what looks good on a desktop view doesn’t necessarily look right on a mobile device and so on.
